Cuisinart PrecisionSlice Handheld Mandoline Slicer

The Cuisinart PrecisionSlice Handheld Mandoline Slicer holds produce against an adjustable blade to slice vegetables and fruit into consistent thin pieces. The handheld form rests over a bowl or cutting board, and the angle settings support varied slice thickness for salads, gratins and garnishes.

• Handheld mandoline for uniform vegetable and fruit slices
• Adjustable slice thickness across food items
• Compact body that stores with regular kitchen tools
• Use the food guard to keep fingers away from the blade
• Rinse the blade area carefully after slicing
